Events & Announcements

Jeffrey Gardens Annual Shareholder Meeting. The Meeting will be held at the Adria Hotel at  221-17 Northern Blvd, Bayside, NY 11361 from 7pm to 10pm. Everyone please try to attend in order to be informed of upcoming and prior community events. Shareholders will be able to review and discuss capital projects and buildings finances with the Co-operative's accountant. If you cannot attend please make sure to remit the name of your appointed proxy. Your proxy need not be a shareholder of the Corporation and may be anyone you so choose who will be present at the meeting. You may also send your proxies to Management at :
